New here & a flax seed question? Hi Michelle

Welcome into our group Michelle.

I usually buy a 1/2 lb. bulk flaxseeds and gring in the blender, making flax

flour. I toss it into my baking. Freeze the flax flour as it lasts longer this

way.

I have a flax quick bread that's in group recipe file and it's delish. Freezes

well for a quick snack whenever you want a slice.

right now, I'm trying to ease into this transition, and the simpler

the better! ;)
