I just have some simple recipes to send in but I try. Amy you will like these potatoes I think. I do drink a beer when I eat these. (That's why we like only " tried & true " here! :-) And simple is great - faster, easier... and often you get the actual taste of say, the potatoes, instead of the taste of the fancy fat-filled sauce!
