Roasted Mexican Potatoes I just want to say thanks

Man, Chanda you are Donna make me laugh along with feel good about

trying to cook. Everyone posts great stuff in this group.

I just have some simple recipes to send in but I try. Amy you will

like these potatoes I think. I do drink a beer when I eat these.

Paul, just because a recipe is complicated doesn't mean it's good!

(That's why we like only " tried & true " here! :-) And simple is great

- faster, easier... and often you get the actual taste of say, the

potatoes, instead of the taste of the fancy fat-filled sauce! So be

proud of your " simle recipes " and enjoy the fun of cooking, no matter

what...
