I used to buy it already mixed in a can, and I think this is even better. You

can make this place in jars for gifts too. This serves 4.

 

" Chai Mix "

 

1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk

1/4 cup vanilla flavored dry instant coffee creamer

3 Tblspsn. powdered sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened instant tea dry

1 tsp. gr. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. gr. cardamom (I crush the pods in a pestle)

1/4 tsp. gr. cloves

1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper

dash of nutmeg, and a teeny dash of gr. ginger, and a teeny dash of allspice

 

Mix all ingredients in a jar. When you serve the chai, it's 1/4 cup mix per

8-9 ounces of hot water per serving.

 

I use this mix for baking in the cookies I posted and also a pound cake.

I also make the mix for 2 of my friends that drink it all the time. I prefer to

drink green tea but this is very good.
