Any time I heard you guys talk of TVP I thought you were talking about soy ground " meat " like the morningstar ground " meat " I had no idea it was beige in color and dry and on the shelf and not refrigerated. way cool! so what do you do, rehydrate it with so many parts water to so many parts TVP?
