Guest guest
Hi Donna: I will try it with the egg replacer... I use it all the time. I never use eggs. We may make it tomorrow when my daughter and I are cooking... We are thinking about making Chickpea (garbanzo bean) Turnovers, we found the recipe in Lowfat Jewish Vegetarian cookbook. will let you know how both come out. gayle
Guest guest
I grew up on this wonderful dessert and I know over the years I've had it with walnuts, pecans, raisins and even peaches in it. I'm curius to try it now with no egg. I think if Angela used no egg and jenni used the flax then the replacer should work. I want to make it maybe tomorrow. The weather cooled down now and I've been excited to bake again without having to suffer with a hot house. I hope you enjoy this. Happy Saturday!
