The onio alone.. yuck! Meatless product: I am nut sure what brand it was. It was good though. It came in a yellow package with a red swish (I always remember pictures rather than names .. go figure). Donna: I still have not seasoned that wok! I need to get on the ball! LOL. I tried a new product yesterday. It was rather good! I bought meatless garlic " chicken " fillets (all soy protein). I sprayed some veggie oil on the Formen and grilled them up. I can eat it raw, and so can my 8 year old so you know it's mild. Anyway, I am so glad that you are sticking with being veg J Lyn. I know it was all so new to you, and I am glad you are finding it fulfilling.
