Yay! I love hearing that Angela. I will leave the egg out of mine next time

and I'll leave the skin on too. Now Jenni can make a vegan version with no egg

and her Earth Balance margarine.

I always need cybergugs ((( ))) some for you too..Donna

This is soooooooooooooooooo good, very easy to make, came out fine without the

egg (would have used one but didn't have any) I used Granny Smith apples, the

finished pie is tart and sweet - not too much of either, just the right blend of

flavors.

thank you so much for sharing this Donna, I'll be making it often and sending

happy cyberhugs to you every time!

peace,

Angela

next time I'll peel the apples, was just in a hurry and a bit shakey today. I

don't mind chewy peels in my pie but i've found most folks don't like them.

rarely peel potatos either.

wonder how cornstarch would work in place of the egg? its a good binder in sweet

breads, 2 tbls cornstarch beaten with 2 tbls water = 1 egg.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, still have apples, have frozen blueberries, i feel experiments

coming on! *grin*
