Guest guest
I really wanted to make dinner last night since I made James fend for himself on Monday. So this is what I came up with. two onion soysage on a bed of lentils 1 small red onion 1 small yellow onion 2 Boca soysages (or your favorite brand) cooked lentils chop up the red onion and slice the yellow onion. Saute in butter until soft. Add the soysages and cover until heated through. Cook up brown lentils in broth or boullion & water. If there is a lot of liquid when lentils are done, drain. Spoon lentils onto plate and top with soysage and cooked onions. Serve with a side salad. Denise
