Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus 1 roasted red pepper, chopped 1 15 oz. can of garbanzo beans,drained 1 1/4 teaspoons of salt 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons of tahini 1 clove of garlic crushed Put all ingredients in blender or food precessor and process until smooth. If you like this a little thinner add a bit more water or lemon juice. for Good Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
