Guest guest Posted October 3, 2005 Report Share Posted October 3, 2005 these are so good I just can't put it into words. 8 medium tomatoes 1 package (12 oz) frozen corn soufflé thawed 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) 3 tbls chopped green onions with tops remove stem ends from tomatoes, scoop out pulp leaving 1/2 inch walls. Place tomatoes in pie plate 9X 1 1/4 inches. mix remaining ingredients (not the pulp, use that for something else) Fill tomatoes with corn mixture. cook uncovered in 350 oven until tender, like 20-25 minutes. 8 servings 145 calories each super yummy stuff!
