Help! I don't always find it easy. Light Tomato Sauce with Chickpeas 1 cup seeded chopped tomatoes 1 cup canned drained chickpeas (garbanzo) 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley fresh pepper to taste 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar Put everything in the blender and blend until sauce forms.
