Roasted Cauliflower and CookBook question Hi Gayle

Hi Gayle,

I will try that with cauliflower. I usually puree canned white beans and they also thicken up a soup.

I wanted to ask if you have this cookbook, it's from the Lean & Luscious series.

It's called : "The Mealess Gourmet Favorite Recipes from Around the World" by Bobbie Hinman

There are over 350 recipes and same with this book, I haven't made anything I didn't love.

I also sometimes but cauliflower in the blender and add it to soups to make it creamy.

 

That is what I did last time I made potato corn chowder.

If you see this cookbook used don't pass it up. It's even larger than

the meatless gourmet and there are so many good international recipes
