Guest guest Posted October 2, 2005 Report Share Posted October 2, 2005 I have been making the salsa cruda recipe posted from the files here, for one bowl with chips and this salsa in the other bowl when the buddies come over. Bowls are always empty in half an hour. Yellow Tomato and Ginger Hot Salsa 2 large tellow tomatoes, chopped 1 garlic clove chopped 1 serrano chili pepper, minced 2 inch chunk of fresh ginger,grated 3 green onions chopped 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar salt & pepper Mix all together and chill until ready to eat up. for Good Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
