Braggs Question question Hi Jenni

Have you read that you are to add Braggs when the dish is fininhed cooking, if you cook with it, say in soups it will lose the amino nutrients. I've read this a few times over the years. I thought you might know if that's true or not...ThxJenni Billings <jenni wrote:

I didn't realize that..but it is true.. it loses SOME of the aminos..

best not to heat it.
