This is my favorite one. It's that pineapple juice.

 

"Tropical Tofu Frostie"

 

3 Tbslpns. silken ofu

4 ice cubes

1 large banana

1 liwi, peeled

1 cup soy or rice milk

1/2 cup pineapple juice
