You know J Lyn I'm a sugar maniac and I have to just pratice strong will power. I could open a can of frosting (the real junk stuff) and sit with a spoon and eat the whole thing, make one of my quick breads and eat the loaf, I wouldn't have a problem sticking a fork in the whole pie and eating it either ......LOL I try to grab an apple or a handful of grapes or a few pieces of Panda brand licorice when the urge hits and if all else fails I have a small bowl of the Rice Dream ice cream with a crumbled graham cracker on top. Salt is another thing I love and I use celtic sea salt. It brings out the flavor in the food and you don't need as much....DonnaJ Rouge <spice_e_talula_rouge wrote:

DATES are a good sweet tooth fix... I make them with coconut for my

hubby (the king of sweet teeth!) they still have sugar, but it's the

natural stuff... better than candy! =)
