hahahaha Donna the Lady, huh? OK Lay Lady Lay............remember that song? Or I could be Lady Madonna but not Ooooooooooooooh Donna from that La Bamba song. Have you any idea how many times people sing that to me? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr LOL

Hope the sea veggie info helps you. You can mix it with green beans but it takes longer to soften up so boil it a little while until tender and then chop up and cook with your fresh green beans.

you are very helpful I see, so I would like to ask you a question.

I have sought information on line and have come up blank. I have a packet of alaria seaweed, Atlantic wakame, and I have no idea of how to cook it. I have read that you can mix it with other vegetables. Can I mix it with green beans etc?
