hahahaha Donna the Lady, huh? OK Lay Lady Lay............remember that song? Or I could be Lady Madonna but not Ooooooooooooooh Donna from that La Bamba song. Have you any idea how many times people sing that to me? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr LOL

Hope the sea veggie info helps you. You can mix it with green beans but it takes longer to soften up so boil it a little while until tender and then chop up and cook with your fresh green beans.

Oh did you have question about one of my perevious recipes? I have left many behind in another group I was in. If you ask I will help you now. It might be in these files so take time to browse. No, I don't think you are a stalker. Nothing to fear but fear itself..........Smiles, Donna Ron Hess <ronhess0760 wrote:

Thank You very much Donna (Lady)

Your name means Lady, and that I feel is a perfect definition for you. I was perusing the archives on another group and found your helpful posts, and, you are the reason why I am here. I followed you. Please don't think i am a stalker :laugh repeatedly: The most harm I could do is throw a recipe at you. LOL.

you are very helpful I see, so I would like to ask you a question.

I have sought information on line and have come up blank. I have a packet of alaria seaweed, Atlantic wakame, and I have no idea of how to cook it. I have read that you can mix it with other vegetables. Can I mix it with green beans etc?

Thank you in advance,
