Guest guest
Let us know how dinner was. The black bean burgers are good and quite easy. I take flax omega also. Seems most doc and nutritionist don't understand anything about flax and omega or a vegetarian diet. That's why I ended up cooking all Mom's meals and taking then to her at the hospital a few months back. The dietician spoke with me several times via the phone and still brought her chicken, tuna salad, bacon with her oatmeal, etc. She just didn't get it. All my coworkers walk by and tell me they wish they had the will power to toss the junk food and eat such healthy lunches. I'm sure everyone in your office knows you are taking very good care of yourself and the baby in production too. Have a wonderful Friday! I didsome research and found pure vegetarian (no gelatin) flax seed oilcapsules that have the 3/6/9 ratio. I'll be bringing them with me tomy appt on Saturday to show her that there are options out there.Hmmm, I still have the opposite of cravings. And it's happening today.I've been trying to make a shopping list and I can't think of a thingI want to buy and cook. I've looked through this group's recipes andanother and I've only printed up two recipes. Nothing soundsgood...even the Mexican style food I love so much. Ugh I feel sofrustrated when this happens to me.Since tonight is tv night for us (Smallville and Alias premiers!) I'mgoing to make those black bean burgers. They sound quick and easy andI still have garden tomatoes that need to be eaten.Buttercream icing....that's an interesting craving! It's pretty amazing that no one (work, friends etc) has said anythingto me about being prego and veggie. I think it's because they know howmuch James and I love to cook and eat. My workmates especially seewhat I eat.Denise , "Nicole" <Colejil@a...> wrote:> Hi pregnant woman! i new here and I'm jumping in...I was a pregnant > vegetarian, and I just loved all the comments you get from people.
