Guest guest
Yeah, my midwife wanted me to start taking fish oil capsules. I did some research and found pure vegetarian (no gelatin) flax seed oil capsules that have the 3/6/9 ratio. I'll be bringing them with me to my appt on Saturday to show her that there are options out there. Hmmm, I still have the opposite of cravings. And it's happening today. I've been trying to make a shopping list and I can't think of a thing I want to buy and cook. I've looked through this group's recipes and another and I've only printed up two recipes. Nothing sounds good...even the Mexican style food I love so much. Ugh I feel so frustrated when this happens to me. Since tonight is tv night for us (Smallville and Alias premiers!) I'm going to make those black bean burgers. They sound quick and easy and I still have garden tomatoes that need to be eaten. Buttercream icing....that's an interesting craving! It's pretty amazing that no one (work, friends etc) has said anything to me about being prego and veggie. I think it's because they know how much James and I love to cook and eat. My workmates especially see what I eat.
