Pieces of graham crackers too....Enjoy this. Pumpkin Dip 1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese 1 can (15 oz.) of solid pack pumpkin 2 cups confectioner's sugar 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. ground ginger Fresh apple and/or pear slices Beat the cream cheese and confectioner's sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir in the pumpkin, vanilla, ginger and pumpkin pie spice. Beat until smooth. Serve with fruit. Refrigerate any remaining dip. for Good Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
