Guest guest Posted September 27, 2005 Report Share Posted September 27, 2005 Spicy Thai Garlic Potatoes (perfect side dish)2 tablespoons water2 tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon olive oil1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (vegan version)1 teaspoon Thai chili paste (such as Dynasty)1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper4 to 6 red potatoes (about 1-1/2 lbs), each cut6 wedges1 red onion, cut in 6 wedges1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut in 1/2-inchstrips8 cloves garlic -- peeled1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.2. Combine first 9 ingred. in a large bowl; stir with a whisk. Addpotatoes, onion, bell pepper, and garlic; toss well to coat.
