Guest guest Posted September 25, 2005 Report Share Posted September 25, 2005 Orange Basil Vinaigrette1 cup orange juice2 teaspoons cornstarch1/3 cup white wine vinegar2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard2 teaspoons dried basil2 teaspoons olive oilIn a saucepan, combine the orange juice and cornstarch. Heat to boiling,stirring constantly. Boil for about one minute. Pour into a bowl or jar andrefrigerate until cold. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Try this over spinach as a side dish.
