Wanted to post this recipe, I make these often and use inside a sandwich wrap since I'm always on the go and they are tasty and keep my and nutritious. Garlic Broccoli Spears 1 pound fresh broccoli, cut into spears2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil1 tablespoon lemon juice1 garlic clove, minced1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepperPlace the broccoli in a saucepan with a small amount of water; cover andcook until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.Drain broccoli and place in a serving dish; add lemon mixture and toss tocoat. Serve immediately as a side dish or do as I do, use in a sandwich wrap.
