Guest guest Posted September 25, 2005 Report Share Posted September 25, 2005 Fresh Peach Crumble (low fat quick dessert)8 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, slicedjuice of 1 lemon1/3 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 tablespoons butter, cut into slices1/4 cup quick cooking oatsPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray pie plate with non-stick spray. Arrangepeach slices in the pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon andnutmeg. In a small bowl, combine the flour, oats and brown sugar. With yourfingers crumble the margarine into the flour-oat-sugar mixture on top of thepeaches. Bake until peaches are soft and topping is browned. 30-35 minutes or so.
