Guest guest
Hi JLyn, I went to that link and looked around. I didn't see yours but I found it very interesting and there were many areas to click on. Be proud of yourself and push forward with your talent. I know rejection can hurt but we all suffer from it at times. Job interviews, etc. I have faith in you, I know how hard it was turning vegetarian and yet you did it and have discovered veggies you even like now. You are a photographer also? I cut everyones head off in pictures. When you find time send me a few pictures offlist. I'd love to see them or file a few in a folder in our photo area so we can all enjoy them. (:- ))) Is your new wok an electric one? I set my temp. on 375 degrees and that usually is perfect for everything I cook in it. You will have lots of fun using it. Let us know if you need recipes posted. Enjoy your up and coming Saturday! Donna J Rouge <spice_e_talula_rouge wrote: Well I have 2 flash fiction stories published atDoorknobs and Body Paint. It is an on line magazineat hhtp://www.iceflow.com. Those are the only twopieces I have had published. I am a big chicken. Ihate rejection so I have yet to be brave enough tosend anything else out to a major publisher. AlthoughDoorknobs and Body Paint is listed in the Poet'sMarket Book!I write a lot, my goal being to be a famous tellselling author. However, I have a hard time withlonger pieces. Poetry is a snap. Even flash fictionis easy.. but I have not finished a whole book yet. Istarted one last year for National Novel Writing Monthbut only made it to 14,000 (the goal is 50,000). I amgoing to do it again this year, hopefully making it tothe 50,000 word mark!!! I also started a novel for achallenge in my Romance Writing Divas group (it's nota romance though. It's based on a prompt from adifferent writing group ... "write about someone whosinned").I would also like to write a book to go with a bunchof my photography (my other great passion!)!I got my wok today! COOL! One of the ladies at mychurch bought one for me. So sweet of her!! It'sbeen at my mom's house for a week, but I've been toobusy to go pick it up so.. she brought it me today. Love the mom!J Lyn--- purplepassion <thelilacflower wrote:> Hi JLyn,> Yay! Happy to see this email. Yes, you gave me a> scare.
