Guest guest Posted September 22, 2005 Report Share Posted September 22, 2005 Fresh Apple Cake Ingredients 1 1/4 cups oil 2 tsp. vanilla 3 large eggs 3 cups plain, sifted flour 2 cups sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3 cups diced apples 1 cup chopped pecans Preparation Mix oil, vanilla, & eggs in a large bowl. In another mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, & soda. Slowly add flour mixture to first mixture & mix thoroughly. This mixture becomes very thick & may be mixed partially by hand.
