Guest guest Posted September 22, 2005 Report Share Posted September 22, 2005 Apple Crisp Ingredients 4 cups peeled, chopped cooking apples 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 cup margarine, melted 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked Preparation Combine apples and next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well to coat apples. Arrange apple mixture in the bottom of an ungreased 9-inch square baking dish. Combine margarine, brown sugar and oats, mixing well. Spoon evenly over apple mixture.
