Just as satisfying as a bowl of ice cream and yet vegan. This is addicting!"Island Bananas"4 firm bananas, peel and cut in half and then cut in half lengthwise1 tablspn. canola margarine or (butter if desired)4 tablspn. dark brown sugar2 limes*** optional cinnamon, toasted coconut or a few chunks of pineappleMelt margarine in skillet.Add bananas (and a few chunks of pineapple if desired) and fry over medium heatuntil golden brown, takes about 5 mins.Sprinkle sugar over top and stir occasionally until sugar dissolves and becomesa syrup, takes about 4 mins.Arrange bananas on plate and squeeze limes over top.
