Also tastes great on topof a tostada, inside a burrito and I use as a filler in my tacos with beanson top and lettuce."Mexican Green Chili Hominy"2 tblsp canola or olive oil3 garlic cloves minced1 medium onion chopped1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp coriander or several chopped fresh cilantro leaves1 29 ounce can of hominy1 4 ounce can chopped mild green chilies (Ortega)* salt & pepper to taste. Chopped green onions and grated cheese for topare optional.Heat oil in a wide skillet over medium heat and add garlic, onions, cumin andcoriander or cilantro. Cook stirring occasionally until onions are soft, about10 mins.Add hominy and chilies and cook to heat through and liquid is evapoated.
