Guest guest Posted September 22, 2005 Report Share Posted September 22, 2005 Asian Dipping Sauce for eggrolls, wontons, tofu or on top of rice. 1 c Seaweed stock1/4 c Dark soy sauce1/4 c Mirin (seasoned rice wine)1 tb Sugar1 ts SaltMake a seaweed stock by immersing several pieces of kombu (thick kelp strips) incool water, let it sit overnight.
