Guest guest
I love Brussels sprouts and last night had some. I cut off the ends and the outer leaves, filled a small fry pan with some water and tossed them in and covered. Once cooked I coated them with some balsamic vinegar. Oooh, they were good and had that lovely sweet but earthy flavor to them. They are also very good with butter, salt & pepper. I have a lovely recipe from Savuer for Brussels sprouts, I'll post it here as I had posted it in another group.
