brussels sprouts: the fear, the love

I love Brussels sprouts and last night had some. I cut off the ends

and the outer leaves, filled a small fry pan with some water and

tossed them in and covered. Once cooked I coated them with some

balsamic vinegar. Oooh, they were good and had that lovely sweet but

earthy flavor to them. They are also very good with butter, salt & pepper.

 

I have a lovely recipe from Savuer for Brussels sprouts, I'll post it

here as I had posted it in another group.
