Guest guest
Hi Gayle, I have the elite KitchenAid mixer and have used it two times., never use it for anything. I do it all by hand also. Then again I never use my dishwasher either........LOL Donnaglpveg4life wrote: I don't have a mixer so anything we do is by hand... Having one would be nice though. I have never made a bread that needs a starter. I want to learn to make some different types of breads. Thanks I hope you had a great Monday. My daughter is 15. We started cooking together last year we both have fun with it. I enjoy cooking. Until last year my daughter wanted to be a veterinarian or study marine sciences now she wants to study culinary. A lot of times she bakes for her friends birthdays. Have a great Tuesday. Gayle for GoodClick here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. Guest guest
HI Donna: There are things I would use a mixer for... Like when I cream peanut butter with butter for some of the things we make. Or to start the kneading process for bread. I would still knead by hand as well.
