Guest guest
Hi Anne, I use Vegan Gourmet. It melts perfectly. I know if I eat more than a spirnkle of aged parmesan or a little tanlespoon of aged cheddar I feel the same way. Horrible! I really miss eating cottage, that was my favorite dairy but my tummy says NO! Smiles, Donnajandemommy <jandemommy wrote: --- Donna, it would make a good filling for a enchilada : ). I need to explore some vegan cheeses as I really like a tbsp cheese or so for my tacos or enchiladas or come up with a yummy sauce to put over so cheese isn't even needed. I have determined regular cheese is no longer in my future. hubby ordered pizza last night and cheese pizza was the lesser of the 2 evils but it made me very sick--vomiting, hard time breathing, and lots of joint pains. who would have thought in a week and a half one could get that ill? does anyone have any good ideas of brands of decent vegan cheese so that when I am able to go exploring I know what to look for? take care : )..........
