Guest guest
Amy I looked at my cheat sheet for egg replacements and I don't have one with flax seeds and water. What are the amounts for replacing one egg? I have one recipe with grounded flax seeds, water, and soy lecithin. But I don't have the soy product and your substitution interests me. Thanks. Jenni would certainly know more about thespecifics as I've only just started trying this stuff...

I use a rounded tablespoon of finely ground flax, with about 3 tablespoons of water... if you mix it before you start mixing the other ingredients, that gives it a chance to thicken up before you add it to your recipe. *hugs* Amy
