Guest guest Posted September 18, 2005 Report Share Posted September 18, 2005 OK Donna, I tried the mushroom thing. I experimented because I wasn't sure what all to put in it but this is what I did. You'll have to let me know if I cleaned them right. I scrapped out the bottom of the musrshoom .. those black weird thingies. Then I scrapped teh tops. I washed them and let them soak. Then soaked them in soy sauce and the red pepper flakes. After wards I fried them in some olive oil. I added chopped pieces of onion and the soy sauce (I'll use less next tiem ... a littel salty). I also added some honey dijon mustard and fried that all up. Then I toasted some bread spread a tiny bit of uncooked dijon on the bread and ... yummy GOOD! with a Pepsi, beans, green beas, and some mac an cheese.
