Here's another tequila invention of mine. I make a simple pound cake or white bundt cake, and then glaze it The glaze I make is with powdered sugar and moisten it with tequila, I make it wet enough to drizzle across the to or thin enough to let run over the sides. It really adds that yummy touch!
