Guest guest
Hi. I'm cooking squash - lots of it. I bought three pumpkins for pie and two other squashes. My girls love it. I made some baby food late this past week and it went awesome! I also bought some garlic and want to have some baked garlic. I have to get off my bottom and makes some bread. I've been craving homemade bread. On a side note, one my cats ran away about three months ago. I hope someone picked her up. She was very nice and friendly. However, she was a huge plant eater. Now that I don't have her around, I'm going to have Troy put up a plant light and table for me. I'd like to grow some herbs since I didn't get anything done this summer. Has anyone grew herbs in the house? What I'd love to do is - get a pot (like a houseplant) of cilantro going and other herbs. Any ideas? Have a great cooking day and weekend Jennpurplepassion <thelilacflower wrote: What are you going to cook up over the weekend??? It's nice when the weather cools down, I love using the oven but it sure heats up the house during the summer months. DonnaJennifer <jj_73molly wrote: I'm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. My parents for awhile lived in Tuscan. I used to pick on them about it being a "dry heat." After I visited them for a week in August, I stopped picking on them. It was amazing how much heat one can tolerate if there is very little humidity. Hopefully next summer will be more enjoyable. I want to try to grow some Thai basil since I've been getting into Thai food. Or all sorts of food, now Have a great day.
