I have a best veggie friend in Mount Vernon, Iowa and I help her with recipes all the time. She is the only vegetarian around and her niece has a hard time in school, gets teased, etc. Let us know if we can be of help. With hubby being gone this next summer maybe I will celebrate my birthday by doing something daring with the kids and drive there : ).
