Trail Mix Tacos

 

Ingredients:

 

4 Fajita Size Flour Tortillas

8 Tbsp. Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter

6 tsp. Tsp. honey

4 Tbsp. raisins

4 Tbsp. granola or granola cereal

1 small apple, cored and sliced

1 banana, peeled and sliced

Recipe Instructions:

 

Spread 2 tbsp. peanut butter and 1 ½ tsp. honey in the middle of each tortilla.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp. each of raisins and granola.

Place equal amounts of banana and apple slices on top of the tortillas.

Fold over tortillas and enjoy!
