WEEKEND MEXICAN BREAKFAST I package of no lard flour tortillas Picante sauce diced green chiles are optional paprika 1 egg per person chopped green onions sharp cheddar cheese Scramble eggs in a little butter or margarine with green onions (and diced green chiles if used). Warm tortillas in microwave. Place a few tablespoons of scrambled egg in each tortilla and a tablespoon of picante sauce on top of egg. Roll up and place in square casserole dish. Top tortilla rolls with cheddar cheese and sprinkle paprika on top and bake just until cheese melts at 350 degrees. By, Paul for Good Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
