Guest guest
Train Station PastaINGREDIENTS10 oz dried pasta spirals, penne, ziti, wagon wheels or spaghetti noodles 1/2 onion finely chopped 1 green pepper finely chopped 2 cups raw mushrooms finely chopped 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 cup dried tvp 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon basil 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. INSTRUCTIONSStir fry onion, pepper, and mushrooms in olive oil. Pour TVP into 1 cup boiling water and remove from heat. Let stand ten minutes. Mix crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetables, TVP, and spices over medium heat while pasta is cooking. After pasta is cooked, drain and add it to the sauce and stir until everything is mixed. This is one of those dishes that tastes even better the next day. I make it in the morning and enjoy for dinner, give it time for the flavors to blend. It's so good I eat it hot for dinner and cold the next day for lunch!"In the present position of the planets, it's impossible to say;Just when I'll find my course again, with the boulders in my way.I should be rolling down the skyway on my cosmic wheels;Instead of stumbling down this highway on my boots of steel"Source: Cosmic Wheels by Donovan
