I know you are craving Mexican food now. Would you like a good Mexican rice. Mexican style pinto bean, Pico de Gallo, rockin' taco, etc. recipes? I'll post for you if interested.

Oh, yes on the rice recipe. I keep trying to make " spanish " rice and

have had all sorts of results, all of them edible just not having the

final flavor/texture that I'm looking for. Usually we don't eat tacos

because James doesn't like biting into the crispy shells. He doesn't

like food that cuts up the roof of his mouth. But, I could turn that

into a soft taco I suppose!
