Guest guest
This can be changed around depending on the fruit. I don't recommend citrus fruits, they don't set as well. "Sparkling Gelatin" 1/3 cup water 2 Tblspoons agar flakes 1 2/3 cups white grape juice 1 cup seedless grapes cut in half or cherries, bite size pieces of peach, apples or pears. Blueberries work well too. Experiment here with different fruits. In a small saucepan stir together agar flakes and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5-9 mins., stir constantly until agar has dissolved.Remove from heat. Place grape juice in a bowl and whisk in the agar mixture. Place in refrigerator for 30 mins. until partially set, gently fold in fresh fruit. Chill for several hours until fully gelled. Serve in small individual dishes.
