have you ever eaten those Thai or Asian jelled desserts with fruit like lychee in them? It will gel up but don't expect it to be exactly as J-E-L-L-O. That stuff is all sugar, artificial coloring and gelatin. I will post one for you as soon as I run downstairs and find it. I get agar agar at Whole Foods and it's usually less expensive and there's more in the packets from the Asian markets.
