Guest guest Posted September 13, 2005 Report Share Posted September 13, 2005 AVOCADO SALSA 3 large ripe avocados, diced small 7 tablespoons of lime juice 3 tablespoons minced red or brown onion 6 tablespoons of chopped up cilantro 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced 1 roma tomato diced small little salt Mix this all in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to eat.
