It toasts up fantastic, and is awesome no matter what you do with it. They'd serve this with a bowl of soup, or the daily vegetarian stew. You could get this bread or a white roll, and I don't remember anyone wanting the roll! I love it cooked in the round pan, and serving it in wedges. Let me know what you think!
