Ground beef, topped with tomato sauce, then mashed potatoes & sprinkled with cheese and baked. I make it now with the soy (Morningstar) ground beef crumbles, and it's just as good. My twin sister doesn't like tomato sauce much, so she puts a can of French-cut green beans in instead. I've also made it with mashed sweet potatoes instead of Idaho ones; just added a little curry seasoning to the tomato sauce, and sauted onions & lots of garlic with the soybeef. *comfortfoodhugs* Amy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
