Jenni - just use soymilk (I should have posted that, as that's what I

usually use - I never have cowmilk in the house, unless I have family

coming). The eggwas/glaze is just to make it a bit shiny - I usually

forget to do that part anyway, but it's in the recipe so I leave it.

If you want it a little shiny, you can brush with oil a few minutes

before it's done, but don't expect that same gloss as egg...

actually, you can brush soy milk on it and you'll get a bit of gloss

too... I'm gonna make this one next week.. soemtiem after our camping

trip! =0
