Guest guest
Hey Gina ~ we have a great book that you might find helpful...it is a non drug approach to treating adhd... No More ADHD 10 steps to help improve your childs attention & Behavior without drugs! by Dr. Mary Ann Block... it has a ton of information on diet and how it can affect a person. =)it may be things you are already aware of , but it would be worth looking for.. see ify our library has it.. she also wrote No More Ritalin, but I haven't read that one! I applaud that you have taken steps to alter her diet ever since her diagnosis! It is fascinating how much that can alter a personality. all the best, Jenni On Sunday, September 11, 2005, at 09:17 AM, Keltic Girl wrote: > > Yes, it all helps. I have been at a lose recently.
